Governor Afokewhre Henry was born on the 23rd of March, 1988. He bagged both Diploma and Degree certificates from Delsu the years 2004 and 2009 respectively. He has successfully defended his Master’s project at the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN.) awaiting to be certified. He’s married with lovely children.
