Mrs Guobiazor Isioma was born on the 1st day of October 1972 at Asaba in Oshimili south LG area, Delta state. She attended Delta state university Abraka, where she had her Bachelor’s degree in library and information science and went further to acquire her master’s degree in the same university. She is a Lecturer/ Librarian 1 and currently the Readers’ Services Librarian of the Institution.
