Mrs. Ifeyinwa Cordelia Osia is a distinguished administrator, educationist, and ICT professional whose career exemplifies dedication, perseverance, and excellence in public service. Her journey at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba, began on 21st February 2001 when she was appointed as a Senior Executive Officer (Computer) on HATISS 08. Armed with strong professional competence and an unwavering commitment to duty, she steadily rose through the ranks, culminating in her appointment as the Registrar of the College on 2nd May 2025.
A native of Onicha-Ugbo in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State, Mrs. I.C. Osia was born on 12th October 1966. Her educational journey started at Ekosodin Primary School, Benin City, and continued at Intelligence Comprehensive College, Sapele. Determined to broaden her knowledge and professional capacity, she obtained both her National Diploma and Higher National Diploma from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko. She further earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management) from Imo State University, Owerri. Her academic accomplishments are complemented by a Diploma in Structured Programming and Data Processing (ICT), reflecting her early appreciation of technology as a tool for effective administration.
Over more than two decades of service, Mrs. I.C. Osia has built a reputation for diligence, integrity, and administrative excellence. Her experience spans institutional administration, records management, personnel coordination, academic support services, and governance. Her background in ICT has further enhanced her effectiveness in managing administrative processes and promoting efficiency within the institution.
